“My experience with Angela has been nothing but positive. My aim was to change my eating habits and know what to eat in order to lose weight and improve my skin; both things which I had struggled to achieve previously.
I had 3 sessions with Angela and by the end I had achieved my goals. I had begun to lose weight, lost inches from waist and hips and my skin improved massively. I was really happy with the whole process, from the zoom calls with Angela, to the eating plan and recipes, and to the goals regarding exercise/daily activity.
Whilst it was an adjustment and hard at times, the plan was feasible which was how I was able to stick to it and I had Angela along the way to keep me motivated and assist with variations to my food plan.
I also really liked how the plan was tailored specifically to my likes/dislikes and my general lifestyle and how hands on and contactable Angela was the whole time. This was a necessary step to set me on the right path and I am so happy I did it. I can’t thank Angela enough”
